Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms define the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the operator regarding SIROW's webhook data automation and management services.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Service: a software solution that receives webhook events from external platforms and automatically writes them to Google Sheets.
- User: an individual or business entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- Webhook: a method by which an external service sends real-time event data to a specified URL.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes)
- These Terms become effective when posted on the Service website.
- The operator may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law and will provide prior notice of material changes.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)
- The Service provides webhook reception, visual mapping, Google Sheets insertion, and execution log viewing.
- The Service is currently in MVP/beta stage, and features may be changed or limited to improve quality.
Article 5 (Fees and Payment)
- A free tier is available with monthly transfer limits. Paid plans may be provided under a separate pricing policy.
- Payment and refund handling for paid services follows applicable law and separately published refund rules.
Article 6 (Service Interruption and Disclaimer)
- Infrastructure notice: the Service is operated on dedicated self-hosted infrastructure.
- Interruption reasons: the Service may be temporarily suspended due to power outages, network instability, maintenance, infrastructure replacement, software updates, or third-party platform disruptions.
- Except in force majeure conditions, planned interruptions are announced in advance when feasible.
Article 7 (Data Protection and User Responsibility)
- The operator makes reasonable efforts to process user data safely but does not guarantee 100% integrity or uptime in beta operation.
- Users are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important data.
- Database webhook payload logs are retained for up to 90 days for debugging/analytics and then deleted.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
- The operator is exempt from liability where the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure.
- The operator is not liable for service failures or data loss attributable to user-side causes.
- Users bear sole responsibility for legal disputes arising from the content they transmit through the Service.
Article 9 (Privacy Protection)
The operator endeavors to protect personal information as required by applicable law. Details are described in the separate Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes related to the Service are subject to the competent court of the operator's jurisdiction.
